Heart disease is the number one killer of men and women in the United States!

Did that catch your attention? Good, because it doesn't have to be that way. Building and maintaining a healthy heart is easier than you may think. Many risk factors contribute to heart disease. Some are impossible to control, like heredity, but other risks are controllable and in some cases, reversable. The good news is risks for heart disease can be reduced with a few lifestyle changes. Get started today and make the changes that will help you build a healthy heart. Thanks.

Get a wool or silk shirt. Both of these textiles work fairly well with food coloring. Nylon also usually works well, but it sometimes has a synthetic coating on it that stops it from absorbing the ink. Cotton will not hold food coloring as well. Thanks.

A manual scale is the kind you'll find in most grocery stores. You place the food on top of it, or in the basket if it's a hanging scale, and watch the needle move to show you how much the food weighs. Thanks.

Public health takes various actions to limit the health disparities between different areas of the country and, in some cases, the continent or world. One issue is the access of individuals and communities to health care in terms of financial, geographical or sociocultural constraints to accessing and using services. Thanks a lot.

Food processing includes the methods and techniques used to transform raw ingredients into food for human consumption. Food processing takes clean, harvested or slaughtered and butchered components and uses them to produce marketable food products. Thank you.

I visited your events list and am happy to see that so many varieties of dishes are awaiting us! Sandwiches of various types are my favorites and so as salads but the main attraction is going to be the seasonal fruits! Which all fruits will be available?

Puree small amounts of spinach and add to ground beef in hamburgers, gradually increasing the amount each time. When topped with cheese and low sugar ketchup, there is very little taste difference. Thanks a lot.

They function with your respiratory system to allow you to take in oxygen and get rid of carbon dioxide. Your lungs are constantly bombarded by environmental toxins, such as air pollution from vehicle smog, cigarette smoke and allergens.
