Get the answers Thurs., Jan. 17 when Slow Food Tampa Bay hosts an Olive Oil and Vinegar Workshop and Guided Tasting at St. Pete's Kalamazoo Olive Oil Company. Learn about methods of making olive oil and traditional balsamic vinegar, how to spot fraudulent oils, culinary uses of oils and vinegars, and professional tasting methodology. Available for tasting are over 30 oils and vinegars, ranging from sweet to savory, from several world regions.
